Abstract

The preservation of nature, of the habitat of man, by man, is primordial to the perpetuation of the human species, just as the conviviality of the past and the present is primordial for the perpetuation of the culture among the peoples. Among the practices adopted for the preservation of natural assets, it is recognized that resorting to environmental legislation is the most direct and effective way. The paper aims to show how to start and / or create a process of registration with the federal government and collaborate to raise popular awareness of a possibility of protection of natural assets characteristic of the local memory.
