Abstract: Brazil has 24% of people with some disability and less than 1% of these are included in the formal job market, according to the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE). To give greater visibility to this issue, the National Day for Social and Professional Inclusion of People with Disabilities was established on September 29th. In academia, the debate on this topic requires expansion. This research investigates what proposals and/or criteria or regulations exist for the allocation of employees with disabilities in Brazilian federal public universities. The objectives are to contribute with proposals for normative elements for the allocation of public servants with disabilities in Brazilian federal universities and to propose elements for the elaboration of regulations for the allocation of civil servants with disabilities at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. Among the methodological procedures established, it is proposed to analyze documentation from federal institutions of Brazil regarding the allocation, removal and inclusion of employees with disabilities. The collected data will be analyzed using the theoretical Antunes (2005, 2006, 2009, 2020) as a reference. The results show that, despite the policy of reserving vacancies in public exams for people with disabilities, there is no record of policies for the maintenance of these public workers in the Universities. To change this panorama, some possibilities are presented, such as the elaboration of regulations for the allocation of these servents, registration of activities in each sector and updating the systems of workers with disabilities for the elaboration of personnel policies.

Abstract: The present work aims to discuss the concept of social management from the perspective of central philosophical patterns in the history of Brazil, from underrepresented cultures and experiences. In this sense, the focus was on Bantu cosmoperceptions in their cardinal values, placing Umbanda, a religion recreated in
Brazil, as an heir to this African tradition. To this end, a brief historical overview of the Bantu trajectory was carried out, highlighting the central meanings maintained and adaptations made in the Brazilian diaspora. The concept of social management was addressed, pointing out the absence of subjects and principles of non-Western cultural roots in its main statements. Bantu values were then understood as categories of
analysis for social management and applied to assess Umbanda houses of worship in the North Zone of the city of Niteroi, in the state of Rio de Janeiro. The goal was to verify how these categories behaved, to raise alternative practices of social management and, eventually, to contribute to a discussion on ancestry or decoloniality initially pointed out. Methodologically, a literature review and qualitative research with different instruments were carried out.

Abstract: Chile and Brazil have a common Latin American rural context in the sense of dominant social imaginaries in the countryside and agriculture. Countries inherited from marked hierarchies, the dominant history has been able to make invisible the knowledge and wisdom of traditional communities, a process that Paulo Freire called “Banking Education”, and that we can see expressed in the different spheres of life. Given this need to recognize knowledge and disseminate it, a pedagogical process is created and propagated, which is the “Peasant to Peasant” methodology. This practical and political exercise, supported by and for peasant organizations, seeks to rescue the practices and knowledge of its members, strengthen mechanisms for the dissemination of agroecology, and politicize the life of the communities to transform their reality. In this research, we will dialogue with two Latin American organization, one in Tirúa, Wallmapu, Chile and another in Piraí, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, aboutthe possibilities that the methodology gives us when working for an agroecological transition.

Abstract: This paper aims to systematize and analyze the contribution of the Rede CAU to the agroecological transition of Rio de Janeiro over its 15 years of activity. The research, conducted collaboratively with the network's members, combined qualitative and quantitative methods, such as action-research and experience systematization. Data collection involved participant observation, semi-structured interviews with network
members, and analysis of documents produced by the network. For the Rede CAU, the agroecological transition is a continuous and multidimensional process that, beyond agricultural practices, encompasses political, social, environmental, economic, and cultural transformations. It seeks modes of life reproduction based on autonomy, social justice, gender and race equity, youth empowerment, and territorial defense. The
systematization of this process was organized into five axes: (1) composition and members of the Rede CAU; (2) actions and processes carried out; (3) methodologies created and adopted; (4) construction of agroecological fairs and markets; and (5) dreams of the network. The results highlight the role of the Rede CAU as an agent of territorial change, developing actions such as social mobilization, promoting the production of healthy food and food security, building agroecological markets, exchanging knowledge, organic certification through participatory processes, interaction with government bodies, lawmaking and environmental protection. The research revealed that, despite the challenges, the Rede CAU has contributed to the agroecological transition of the city, mainly in themes such as popular supply, food security, preservation of the Atlantic Forest biome, production processing, seed guardians, identity recognition, socially just relations, and political influence. The conclusions emphasize that cooperation and networking were essential to strengthen and
enable the agroecological transition, with the network's very existence being one of its greatest achievements.
