After presenting with gastrointestinal symptoms in 2022, she was underwent for ileocolectomy, revealing mixed-pattern adenocarcinoma with signet-ring cells. Following chemotherapy and surgical interventions, including salpingo-oophorectomy, she developed bilateral ovarian metastases. Genetic testing showed no mutations in KRAS, NRAS, or BRAF, indicating a good prognosis. The patient has responded well to radiotherapy and is currently in oncological remission without active inflammatory bowel disease symptoms.
