      <description>Title: O impacto da cinesiofobia na reabilitação de lesões osteomioarticulares
Author(s)/Inventor(s): Machado, João Victor Cardoso

Abstract: OBJECTIVES:The objective of this study was to analyze the impact of kinesiophobia on&#xD;
the functional and psychosocial outcomes of musculoskeletal injury&#xD;
rehabilitation.METHODOLOGY: An integrative literature review was conducted with&#xD;
searches in the PubMed, Scielo, and LILACS databases for English-language articles from&#xD;
the last 5 years. The selection was carried out in three steps:1- Identification in databases;&#xD;
2- Analysis of titles and abstracts based on eligibility criteria; 3- Full-text evaluation of the&#xD;
remaining articles to confirm inclusion.RESULTS: The initial search returned 180 results,&#xD;
reducing to 148 articles after the removal of 32 duplicates. Of the 148 articles, 44 materials&#xD;
were selected as their Title/Abstract met the eligibility criteria. Finally, 23 articles were&#xD;
excluded after reading the full text, resulting in 21 articles included in this study.&#xD;
CONCLUSIONS: Kinesiophobia influences the effectiveness of musculoskeletal&#xD;
rehabilitation, with high levels of fear associated with slower recovery and greater&#xD;
recurrence of injuries. Interventions combining pain education and exercise are more&#xD;
effective in reducing fear and improving functional outcomes. Personalizing programs with&#xD;
cognitive approaches, such as the fear-avoidance model and self-efficacy theory,&#xD;
optimizes therapeutic gains. Multidisciplinary, flexible, and individualized protocols are&#xD;
essential to improving clinical outcomes and adherence.

Abstract: The socioeconomic transformations of the last century in Brazil changed the profile of diseases and deaths, this was evidenced by the transition from a predominantly rural society, with high mortality and birth rates, to an urban society with lower rates. Under these circumstances, chronic non-communicable diseases have become recurrent, including osteoarthritis, a pathology with a higher incidence in the elderly, which is characterized by the degeneration of joint cartilage and, from an economic point of view, contributes significantly to absenteeism from work and invalidity. The therapeutic approach to this pathology can be divided into surgical and conservative options; in the conservative scope, exercise and health education are included. This evidence-based practice is essential to increase awareness, understanding and adoption of practices that promote physical, mental and social well-being. In this scenario, this monographic study aims to develop didactic-therapeutic material in booklet format, with the intention of integrating exercises and health education and facilitating the clinical practice of qualified professionals, providing guidance on exercises that can be performed at home, due to the low need for resources for its execution. The work refers to a theoretical-methodological study of the development of a soft-hard technology in health, through a bibliographic review outlined in seven stages: I) systematic review on the effectiveness of self-managed exercises; II) systematization of educational materials involving OA; III) introductory textual construction; IV) selection of exercises; V) description of the execution of the exercises and assessment of readability; VI) development of images and videos in three dimensions (3D), using various information technologies; VII) formatting and layout of the booklet. As a result, a didactic-therapeutic material was created, containing twenty pages, with information on exercises aimed at preventing damage and osteomioarticular care. In this way, it is expected to contribute to clinical practice, as well as empower patients to self-manage care, aiming for behavioral change.
