Abstract:	Este relatório técnico visa divulgar o trabalho que o NCE vem desenvolvendo na área de projetos de sistemas digitais em VLSI. Apresenta um conjunto de ferramentas de Hardware e Software já implementados para auxiliar na confecção de circuitos integrados e o primeiro projeto realizado, empregando-se estas ferramentas, qual seja, a lógica de acesso a uma rede local em anel.
Abstract:	This technical report presents the work presently being done in NCE in the field of VLSI design of digital systems. It describes the set of Hardware and Software tools implemented to help in the design of integrated circuits and the first design being done, using these tools, namely, the acces logic of a local ring network.
