dc.description.abstractThe present monograph consists of a research that proposes to identify, based on the national and international literature, the existing nursing care related to the insertion of the father in the care of the premature newborn in the NICU. It is an evidence-based research, where the integrative literature review method was used. To guide the research, the following guiding question was elaborated: Which nursing care aimed at the insertion of the father in the care of the premature newborn in the NICU? After thorough research, the main results obtained relate to six scientific papers. It was verified the need to deepen the topic, due to a reduced bibliography, and it was noticed that the care model is still focused on the participation of the maternal figure, generating a disprivileged look of the nursing team in front of the paternal figure, which may be a factor of difficulty for the creation of the father-baby bond.en

dc.description.resumoA presente monografia consiste em uma pesquisa que propõe identificar, com base na literatura nacional e internacional, os cuidados de enfermagem existentes relacionados a inserção do pai no cuidado ao RN prematuro na UTIN. Trata-se de uma pesquisa baseada em evidências, onde foi utilizado o método de revisão integrativa de literatura. Para nortear a pesquisa foi elaborada a seguinte questão norteadora: Quais os cuidados de enfermagem voltados para a inserção do pai no cuidado ao RN prematuro na UTIN? Após pesquisa minuciosa, os principais resultados obtidos dizem respeito a seis artigos científicos. Constatou-se a necessidade de aprofundamento do tema, devido reduzida bibliografia, e percebeu-se que o modelo assistencial ainda é focado a participação da figura materna, gerando um olhar desprivilegiado da equipe de enfermagem frente à figura paterna, o que pode ser um fator de dificuldade para a criação do vínculo pai-bebê.pt_BR
