O estágio supervisionado na licenciatura em matemática na visão de duas professoras supervisoras: saberes e práticas

Abstract

This research has as its central theme the Supervised Internship in Mathematics Degrees, with the Supervising Teacher – the one who receives interns in Basic Education schools – as its object. To achieve the research objectives, two in-depth interviews were carried out with teachers who work in the role of Supervising Teachers from different types of Basic Education institutions, which were analyzed following a methodology inspired by Content Analysis. These interviews were semi-structured and these teachers were inserted in the context of the metropolitan region of Rio de Janeiro. The general objective of this research is to identify self-views and understand the different teaching identities of these Supervising Teachers, as mathematics teacher trainers. Therefore, we investigate the training, professional identity, feelings of these teachers (such as anguish, concerns and situations of success) and the influence of the type of school in which these teachers work on those issues. This work is justified by the need to promote more research with the Supervising Professor as the object of study, as they are key players in the development of the Supervised Internship for graduates. Therefore, this research intends to contribute to the discussion related to the Supervised Internship from the perspective of Supervising Teachers, seeking their subjectivities and views.
