Laboratório de Identidade-Lide: experiências literárias e práticas de leitura através da politecnia e do empodimento em sala de aula

Abstract

Based on the pragmatic and institutional observation of the low reading rate of literature in the classroom, combined with the increase in production, consumption and sharing of images via electronic equipment, digital media and social networks, this dissertation aims to present the strategies and potentialities generated in classroom to relate students' reading needs and repertoire with their interest in images and the technologies used to circulate them. The creation of the Identity Laboratory – LIDE – in an elementary school in the municipal network of Niterói/RJ – is the result of an articulation between the conception of Polytechnics (Saviani, 2007) and the conception of Empowerment (Rocha, 2006), promoting workshops on intersemiotic translation and transcreation of the literary text converted into visual and audiovisual pieces and transforming the classroom into a true workshop for education and work.
