dc.description.abstract	When dealing with the growth and the expansion of the nets, it must be possessed efficient mechanisms that can control abnormal occurrences, as the fast growth of the traffic, sudden events and cuts of the net, causers of great demands of determined width of band in you enlace and congestions, in detriment of others you enlace, that they possess idle resources. Another important aspect is the aspects related to the maintenance of the guarantees of QoS of the flows of data or aggregation of flows. The traffic engineering, through the MPLS, is a possible solution in the attainment of the best techniques of engineering of traffic guided to the connection joining it with the power of the router IP.	en

dc.description.resumo	Ao lidar com o crescimento e a expansão da redes, deve-se possuir mecanismos eficazes que possam controlar ocorrências anormais, como o crescimento rápido do tráfego, eventos repentinos e cortes da rede, causadoras de grandes demandas de largura de banda em determinados enlaces e de congestionamentos, em detrimento de outros enlaces, que possuem recursos ociosos. Outro aspecto importante é o aspectos relacionado à manutenção das garantias de QoS dos fluxos de dados ou agregação de fluxos. A engenharia de tráfego, através do MPLS, é uma possível solução na obtenção das melhores técnicas de engenharia de tráfego orientado à conexão.	pt_BR
