Abstract:	Analisa-se o efeito do Vento Acústico sobre a difusão do KCl em água, em regime transitório. Resultados experimentais mostram uma redução substancial no tempo necessário para ser atingida a saturação do sal na água. Um modelo teórico é sugerido para a análise da circulação junto à interface água-KCl. A equação do Vento Acústico é resolvida para a velocidade de transporte de massa. Esta solução fornece um termo convectivo que e acoplado a equação da difusão.
Abstract:	An analysis is made of the effect of Acoustic Streaming upon the diffusion of KCl in water in a transient regime. Experimental results show a substantial reduction of the saturation time for diffusion of the salt in water. A theoretical model is suggested for the analysis of streaming adjacent to the water-KCI interface. The equation of the acoustic streaming is solved for the mass transport velocity. This solution gives a convective term to be added to thediffusion equation.
