| Abstract: | No período de maio de 1995 a abril de 1996 foram realizadas amostras mensais de folhiço/solo em três áreas da restinga de Itaipuaçu: 1º cordão arenoso, 2º cordão arenoso e área alagável. De 14.134 colêmbolos coletados, 5.556 pertenceram à Ordem Poduromorpha, distribuídos em 3 famílias, 6 subfamílias, 15 gêneros e 20 espécies. Um estudo morfológico detalhado destes táxons permitiu o reconhecimento de seis espécies novas. A distribuição geográfica de algumas espécies foi ampliada. A análise de correspondência e a regressão múltipla aplicada à matriz de frequência dos táxons mostraram que a umidade do solo, a precipitação e a temperatura foram os componentes que mais influenciaram na distribuição espacial e temporal das comunidades analisadas. Estes resultados também mostraram uma nítida separação destas áreas no que se refere à estrutura e a composição da fauna de Poduromorpha. |
| Abstract: | From May 1995 to April 1996 monthly samples of litter/soil were taken in three areas at restinga of Itaipuaçu: outer sandy ridge, inner sandy ridge and swamp area. From the 14.134 collected springtails, 5.556 belonged to the Order Poduromorpha, distributed among 3 families, 6 subfamilies, 15 genera and 20 species. The detailed morphological study of these taxa enabled to recognize six new species. The geographical distribution of some species was extended. The correspondence analysis and the multiple regression tests applied to the frequency matrix of taxa showed that the soil moisture, rainfall and temperature were the components that most affected the spatial and temporal distribution of the analyzed communities. These results also showed that the three communities have a distinctive structure and composition of Poduromorpha fauna. |
