| Abstract: | Este artigo busca analisar o projeto do Governo Federal de transformação do Sistema Eletrobrás1, visando expressivo ganho de eficiência empresarial, e verificar se o referido projeto, na disputa política em relação ao setor elétrico, fortalece a concepção da hegemonia do mercado ou a concepção do controle social.2 No mesmo sentido, busca verificar se as transformações pretendidas para o Sistema Eletrobrás têm a perspectiva de seu fortalecimento como empresa pública ou, por outro lado, se visam tornar a Eletrobrás um grande player no mercado mundial de energia elétrica. A partir desta análise, o artigo visa identificar a posição das demais forças políticas em relação ao projeto de transformação da Eletrobrás e projetar o cenário e as possibilidades de construção de um projeto para o setor que atenda aos interesses da classe trabalhadora. |
| Abstract: | This article seeks to analyze the Federal Government 's project to transform the Eletrobrás System1, aiming at expressive gain in business efficiency, and to verify if said project, in the political dispute regarding the electric sector, strengthens the conception of market hegemony or the conception of control In the same sense, it seeks to verify if the transformations intended for the Eletrobrás System have the prospect of strengthening it as a public company or, on the other hand, are aimed at making Eletrobrás a major player in the world electric energy market. From this analysis, the article aims to identify the position of the other political forces in relation to the project of transformation of Eletrobrás and to design the scenario and the possibilities of construction of a project for the sector that serves the interests of the working class. |
