| Abstract: | Apresenta algumas ferramentas de Gestão Estratégica de Tecnologia da Informação (TI) e exemplificar conceitos por meio da compilação dos trabalhos elaborados pelos alunos do curso de graduação da UFRJ durante o curso da disciplina ―Introdução à Gestão Estratégica de TI – Turma 2018.1. Dentre os conceitos de gestão estratégica de TI apresentados, encontra-se: os referenciais estratégicos mais estudados, tais como as definições de negócio — missão, visão e valores e algumas ferramentas de análise estratégica: análise SWOT, cinco forças de Porter, modelo Delta, análise estratégica de Mintzberg, Balanced Scorecard (BSC), concluindo com o alinhamento estratégico de TI. Os trabalhos apresentados neste relatório trazem a visão de distintos segmentos de negócio e suas considerações referentes aos conceitos apresentados. A primeira análise apresentada é referente ao ramo de serviços de tecnologia (Kendoo Solutions), o segundo apresenta uma análise de empresa referente ao setor de serviço de streaming (Netflix) e, por último, é apresentado o caso de uma empresa do setor de serviços financeiros (Cielo). |
| Abstract: | Present some tools of Strategic Management of Information Technology (IT) and to exemplify concepts through the compilation of the works elaborated by the undergraduate students of UFRJ during the course of the discipline "Introduction to Strategic IT Management – Class 2018.1". Among the concepts of strategic IT management presented are: the most studied strategic references, such as business definitions — mission, vision and values and some strategic analysis tools: SWOT analysis, Porter's five forces, Delta model, Mintzberg strategic analysis, Balanced Scorecard (BSC), concluding with the strategic alignment of IT. The work presented in this report brings the vision of different business segments and their considerations regarding the presented concepts. The first analysis presented is a branch of technology services (Kendoo Solutions), the second presents an analysis of the company regarding the streaming service sector (Netflix) and, finally, the case of a company in the financial services sector (Cielo). |
