Abstract:	Relatório do projeto de pesquisa voltado mais especificamente para a questão do abastecimento. Depara-se aqui com a grande dificuldade de recolher informações que permitam uma compreensão exata de como funciona o abastecimento, quais as diferentes escalas de intervenção pública na sua gestão, quais atribuições do setor privado, quais agentes privados atuantes neste campo e como está estruturado o setor.
Abstract:	Report of the research project focusing more specifically on the issue of supply. It is difficult to gather information that allows an exact understanding of how the supply works, the different scales of public intervention in its management, what are the responsibilities of the private sector, which private agents are active in this field and how is structured the sector.
