dc.description.abstract	This study presents a study on the housing problem of low income residents. To do so, it analyzes the difficulties faced by this part of the population in the struggle for the right to obtain decent housing; reports on the performance of the public power, analyzes its consequences in the life of the worker and focuses on the land regularization, pointing it as one of the alternatives to solve the housing deficit.	pt_BR
