| Abstract: | O trabalho busca verificar como o espaço racionalmente planejado, onde surgirão novas condutas e uma nova ordem, condicionará as ações do sujeito. O objetivo é entender como o planejamento racional é um meio para que uma nova ordem territorial seja inserida como forma condicionar as ações. Considerando que esse planejamento condiciona as ações, é possível um espaço planejado/racionalizado funcionar exatamente como o almejado? Isto é, ao se planejar um espaço, criam-se outras normas, outras formas no local aonde ele irá se inserir. |
| Abstract: | The work seeks to verify how the rationally planned space, where new behaviors and a new order will arise, will condition the actions of the subject. The objective is to understand how rational planning is a means for a new territorial order to be inserted as a way of conditioning actions. Considering that this planning conditions actions, is it possible for a planned / rationalized space to function exactly like the intended one? That is, when planning a space, other norms are created, other forms in the place where it will be inserted. |
