| Abstract: | O presente trabalho sobre a dinâmica imobiliária na cidade de Nova Iguaçu (RJ) tem por objetivo a compreensão dos processos ocorridos na estruturação de sua malha urbana. Identificando e compreendendo esta dinâmica e estudando a influência da legislação urbanística sobre os processos espacias ocorridos na cidade. Assim, ter-se-a subsídios suficientes para o desenvolvimento de instrumentos de planejamento urbano e gestão urbana que respeitem as necessidades e especificidades locais, dentro de um espaço globalizado. |
| Abstract: | The present work about the real estate dynamics in the city of Nova Iguaçu (RJ) aims to understand the processes that occurred in the structuring of its urban network. Identifying and understanding this dynamics and studying the influence of urban legislation on the spatial processes occurring in the city. Thus, there will be sufficient subsidies for the development of instruments of urban planning and urban management that respect local needs and specificities within a globalized space. |
