| Abstract: | O trabalho tem como objetivo detectar os indicadores de qualidade de vida urbana e quais os valores atribuídos a eles. Isso foi realizado a partir de opiniões individuais de alguns moradores do bairro de Icaraí,. Bairro residencial, mas densamente ocupado no município de Niterói, estado do Rio de Janeiro. A preocupação inicial estava relacionada com o adensamento populacional, onde se supunha que tal adensamento provocaria uma "degradação" na qualidade de vida sofrida pelo bairro com a mudança no modelo de ocupação e uso do solo. |
| Abstract: | The objective of this study is to detect the indicators of urban quality of life and the values attributed to them. This was done from the individual opinions of some residents of the neighborhood of Icaraí. Residential neighborhood, but densely occupied in the municipality of Niterói, state of Rio de Janeiro. The initial concern was related to the population density, where it was assumed that such densification would cause a "degradation" in the quality of life suffered by the neighborhood with the change in the model of occupation and land use. |
