| Abstract: | Este projeto tem como objetivos a recuperação histórica do conjunto de políticas migratórias estabelecidas e executadas pelo poder público a partir de 1888 e a análise da forma pela qual estas políticas formulam a questão migratória e delimitaram o âmbito de ação do poder público, incluindo uma discussão dos instrumentos econômicos, jurídicos e administrativos acionados, a fim de verificar de que maneira se pretendeu atender às necessidades de fundação e reprodução de uma oferta de força de trabalho nas diferentes fases do desenvolvimento capitalista no Brasil. |
| Abstract: | The aim of this project is the historical recovery of the set of migratory policies established and executed by the public power from 1888 and the analysis of the way in which these policies formulate the migratory question and delimited the scope of action of the public power, including a discussion of the economic, legal and administrative instruments in order to verify the way in which it was intended to meet the needs of the foundation and reproduction of a labor supply in the different stages of capitalist development in Brazil. |
