Abstract:	Objetivo: O presente estudo objetivou a realização de uma revisão integrativa da literatura sobre o Teste da Linguinha no Brasil entre os anos de 2014 a 2019, enfatizando a sua construção histórica até a implantação como política pública. Método: O levantamento bibliográfico foi realizado através de publicações indexadas na base de dados da Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde (BVS): Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO), Literatura Latino-Americana em Ciências de Saúde (LILACS) e busca manual na literatura referente à lei, portarias e pareceres técnicos referentes ao tema. O instrumento de coleta de dadosabrangeu características como: ano de publicação, título, tipo de publicação e síntese do estudo. Resultados: Foram analisadas 24 publicações e a partir da análise da literatura foi possível construir uma linha do tempo a partir da lei, enfatizando as discussões de especialistas sobre o tema. Conclusão: A presente revisão integrativa evidenciou a necessidade de planos de ação nas políticas públicas, relacionados ao manejo clínico da amamentação mediante o diagnóstico de anquiloglossia na Atenção Primária e especializada, maternidades públicas e privadas.
Abstract:	Objective: The present research aimed to carry out an integrative review of the literature on the screnning for neonatal ankyloglossia in Brazil between the years 2014 and 2019, emphasizing its historical organize until the implantation as public policy. Methods: The literature review was carried out through publications indexed in the Virtual Health Library (VHL) database: Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO), Latin American Literature in Health Sciences (LILACS) and manual search in the law, ordinances and technical opinions regarding the subject. The data collection instrument included characteristics such as: year of publication, title, type of publication and study synthesis. Results: 24 publications were analyzed and from the analysis of the literature it was possible to construct a time line from the law emphasizing the discussions of experts on the subject. Conclusion: This integrative review evidenced the necessity for action plans in the public policies related to the clinical management of breastfeeding through the diagnosis of ankylosis in primary and specialized care, public and private maternity hospitals.
