| Abstract: | No presente trabalho apresenta-se uma formulação de elemento finito para a análise estática e dinâmica de risers em águas profundas, levando em conta diversas características que são específicas desta estrutura. A teoria, a dedução sucinta das matrizes dos elementos e os procedimentos adotados são apresentados ao longo do trabalho. É estudada também a influência do peso próprio, fluido interno e empuxo sobre o comportamento estrutural do riser e o cálculo de forças de onda e corrente. Com base nisso, foram preparados dois programas de computador, um para o estudo estático e outro para o dinâmico, e analisados diversos casos de risers submetidos a forças de onda, corrente e deslocamento imposto no topo e os resultados foram comparados com outros existentes na literatura sobre o assunto. |
| Abstract: | ln this work a finite element formulation is presented for the dynamic and static analysis of deep water risers, taking into account many of the characteristics that are specific for this kind of structure. The theory, the brief deduction of the element matrices and the proceedings adopted are presented here. The influence of weight, internal fluid and upthrust on the riser structural behaviour and the calculation of current and wave forces are also studied. Based on these points, two computer programs were prepared, one for the static study and other for the dynamic study, and many cases of risers subjected to waves, currents and imposed displacements on the upper node were analyzed. Afterwards, the results were compared to others related to this area of study. |
