| Abstract: | O objetivo do presente ensaio é, tomando como base as principais características dessa proposta, discutir sua novidade e (as condições de sua) viabilidade dentro do contexto das sociedades capitalistas contemporâneas em três momentos: investigaremos, primeiro, como a proposta do planejamento comunicativo está situada, historicamente, no meio de uma recente preocupação com as formas de transformação do Estado capitalista contemporâneo e a crise de sua racionalidade técnico-instrumental. Portanto, seu conteúdo precisa ser analisado em relação a outros modelos de planejamento que já foram adotados nos últimos pelo menos 50 anos nos países capitalistas. |
| Abstract: | The objective of this essay is, based on the main characteristics of this proposal, to discuss its novelty and (the conditions of its) viability within the context of contemporary capitalist societies in three moments: we will first investigate how the proposal of communicative planning is situated , historically, in the midst of a recent preoccupation with the forms of transformation of the contemporary capitalist state and the crisis of its technical-instrumental rationality. Therefore, its content needs to be analyzed in relation to other models of planning that have already been adopted in the last 50 years in the capitalist countries. |
