| Abstract: | O presente estudo trata de um momento na história política habitacional no município do Rio de Janeiro, o Programa Morar sem Risco desenvolvido no período de 1994, data de sua criação, a 2004 pela Secretaria Municipal de Habitação, órgão da Prefeitura da Cidade do Rio de Janeiro. Importa ressaltar que o referido programa, inserido dentro da política municipal de moradia volta-se para a população de baixa renda, cujo alcance da remuneração mensal, em sua maioria, não ultrapassa três salários mínimos. |
| Abstract: | The present study deals with a time in the political history of housing in the municipality of Rio de Janeiro, the Morar without Risk Program developed in 1994, when it was created, in 2004 by the Municipal Housing Department, an agency of the City Hall of Rio de Janeiro January. It should be noted that this program, inserted within the municipal housing policy, is aimed at the low-income population, whose monthly remuneration, for the most part, does not exceed three minimum wages. |
