Questão urbana, desigualdades sociais e políticas públicas : avaliação do Programa Nacional de Reforma Urbana

Abstract

The aim is to achieve the recovery of the political and theoretical trajectory of Urban Reform until 1992, the year in which the International Forum for Urban Reform was held. When we talk about the political trajectory, we refer fundamentally to the rescue of the memory of the so-called National Movement for Urban Reform since the beginning of the 1980s, when the first efforts were made to articulate social movements with theoretical thinking about the urban, for the transformation of its claims on rights to the city and citizenship.
