Assédio moral: o que é e como enfrentar

Abstract

This ebook is the result of the Extension Project developed by the Labor and Social Responsibility Studies Laboratory (LEPPTraS) of the School of Social Work of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (ESS /UFRJ). After providing for one year an advisory to the State Union of Education Professionals of Rio de Janeiro (SEPE / RJ) in which the Dialogic Meetings, made up of Welcoming and Listening Wheels and Conversation Wheels began to have the theme of bullying, we saw the need to develop more actions to address this theme that is increasingly mobilizing society in contemporary times. In order to address the subject in its entirety, in 2018 we offered a course, organized in four axes, namely: The world of contemporary work and bullying; The legal and formal aspects of bullying; Moral Harassment and Mental Health and, finally, Moral Harassment - Identification, prevention and combat in social and work relations.
