The subject of the present research will be tried from the history of the breastfeeding, and of the construction of the civic duty of breastfeed, the liberty of the woman him impondo several social papers, the social construction of the concept of maternity, the question of the breast and his double representation, as sexual organ and like sustenance, as well as, investigate the lined medical talk in the universal talk of that Campaigns for-breast-feeding and the baby mother bond. With that we will be able to investigate the motives that lead the women to do not breast-feed and as feel regarding that situation, like observe the handling that is excused him, as well as, expose what the professionals think about the situation, as they act and to dynamic between them and the puérperas. This phase of the study was produced from bibliographical researches. That research does not have a conclusion, therefore the possible format it to be presented like course conclusion work is the of project for the course of master. It give voice the mother that do not want to breast-feed, subject of this project of research, if refers to the belief of the researcher of that the triad: maternal breast-feeding — mother - professional of health is going to be studied more broadly.
