| Abstract: | O processo de pesquisa iniciou-se com uma proposta de aplicação dos conceitos de Pierre Bourdieu - trajetória, campo e habitus - à análise do processo de elaboração das quatro telas das Estações Hartmann (1856-63) por Eugène Delacroix. Tomando como referência os conceitos de trajetória e campo, foi realizado um levantamento e análise dos elementos mais relevantes para as escolhas feitas por Delacroix no período de elaboração das obras em questão e do significado dessas opções dentro do contexto histórico e cultural. Essa etapa compreendeu a análise do círculo de relações sociais e familiares em que se movia o pintor, suas relações com personagens da esfera artística, literária e política, as posições que assumiu em debates estéticos e políticos da época, a filiação a correntes e linhagens artísticas. Dando continuidade à tentativa de aplicação dos conceitos de Bourdieu à abordagem do corpus estudado, recorremos ao conceito de habitus para a identificação dos valores sociais, familiares, de formação e de grupo ou "ordem", que tiveram importância dentro do processo de constituição da obra de Delacroix. |
| Abstract: | The research process began with a proposal to apply the concepts of Pierre Bourdieu - trajectory, field and habitus - to the analysis of the process of elaboration of the four screens of Hartmann Stations (1856-63) by Eugène Delacroix. Taking as reference the concepts of trajectory and field, a survey and analysis of the most relevant elements for the choices made by Delacroix in the period of elaboration of the works in question and the meaning of these options within the historical and cultural context was carried out. This stage included the analysis of the circle of social and family relations in which the painter moved, his relations with characters from the artistic, literary and political spheres, the positions he assumed in aesthetic and political debates of the time, the affiliation with artistic currents and lineages . Continuing the attempt to apply Bourdieu's concepts to the approach of the corpus studied, we used the concept of habitus for the identification of social, family, formation and group or "order" values that had importance in the process of constitution of the work of Delacroix. |
