| Abstract: | Este trabalho teve como objetivo pesquisar as relações entre direito, alienação e ideologia no pensamento de György Lukács, com ênfase em sua obra Para uma Ontologia do Ser Social. Buscou-se aqui compreender a natureza das relações de determinação existentes entre estes três complexos ao longo do desenvolvimento intelectual do autor, para tanto fazendo uso do método de pesquisa de revisão sistemática de literatura. Concluiu-se, ao final, que o direito aprofunda a alienação dos modos de sociabilidade fundados no trabalho alienado, na medida em que atua como ideologia funcional no ser social. |
| Abstract: | This work aimed to research the relationships between law, alienation and ideology in the thought of György Lukács, with emphasis on his work Ontology of the Social Being The aim here was to understand the nature of the relationships of determination existing between these three complexes throughout the author's intellectual development, using the systematic literature review research method. It was concluded, in the end, that the law deepens the alienation of modes of sociability based on alienated labour, to the extent that it acts as a functional ideology in the social being. |
