| Abstract: | O objetivo desse trabalho foi analisar os novos empreendimentos imobiliários na região do porto do Rio de Janeiro em virtude da Operação Urbana Consorciada do Porto do Rio de Janeira, chamada de Porto Maravilha. A importância desse trabalho é mostrar como alguns projetos estão sendo realizados e para qual público se destina. Com isso podemos perceber qual público o projeto do porto se destina, qual tipo de ocupação é desejado para região portuária da cidade e o valor que se quer agregar a nova região. |
| Abstract: | The aim of this study was to analyze the new real estate projects in the harbor area of Rio de Janeiro under the Urban Operation of the Rio de Janeiro's Harbor, called Porto Maravilha. The importance of this work is to show how some projects are being carried out and to what audience it is intended. With this we can understand for whom the harbor project is being designed, what type of occupation is desired for the port area of the city and the value to be added to the region. |
