No intuito de dar uma ideia das origens do anteprojeto são apresentadas as preocupações formuladas pelas instituições, empresários e grupos empresariais com relação à necessidade de uma política reguladora do uso do solo urbano. |
| Abstract: | This dossier was organized in order to provide an overview of the significance and importance of the urban development bill, as well as a brief description of the work system and the conclusions reached by the Group. In order to give an idea of the origins of the preliminary project, the concerns expressed by the institutions, entrepreneurs and business groups regarding the need for a policy for the use of urban land are presented. |
