| Abstract: | O trabalho busca apresentar as relações sociais estabelecidas onde se observa a falta de ou não de uma política voltada para o desenvolvimento do setor primário - pesca artesanal - na cidade do Rio de Janeiro e a inexistência de um planejamento regional voltado para as necessidades da pesca artesanal. Destaca-se neste estudo o caso da Colônia de Pesca Z8, que abrange parte dos municípios de Niterói, São Gonçalo, Itaboraí e Guapimirim, localizados na região leste do Rio de Janeiro. |
| Abstract: | This work tries to present the established social relations where it is observed the lack or not of a policy focused on the development of the primary sector - artisanal fishing - in the city of Rio de Janeiro and the lack of regional planning focused on the needs of artisanal fishing . The case of the Z8 Fishing Colony, which covers part of the municipalities of Niterói, São Gonçalo, Itaboraí and Guapimirim, located in the eastern region of Rio de Janeiro, is highlighted in this study. |
