Abstract:	Este Relatório tem como proposta servir como manual que oriente a compreensão do funcionamento da sócio-econômica regional sob condições de restrição de tempo, financeira e conceitual, aplicável do Amapá ao Rio Grande do Sul, ou seja, todas as unidades da Federação. O objetivo deste manual seria a de permitir ao usuário pensar sistematicamente, a partir de questões levantadas neste produto, sobre as determinações do processo de desenvolvimento regional.
Abstract:	This Report aims to serve as a guide that guides the understanding of the functioning of the regional socio-economic under conditions of time, financial and conceptual restriction, applicable from Amapá to Rio Grande do Sul, that is, all the units of the Federation. The purpose of this manual is to allow the user to systematically think about the determinations of the regional development process, based on the issues raised in this product.
