Abstract:	Este trabalho pretende identificar a transformação ocorrida no uso do solo no período de 1940 a 2000, e os possíveis padrões de ocupação do solo, tentando compreender melhor o processo e os conflitos sociais que gravitam em torno do acesso à propriedade do solo urbano.
Abstract:	This work intends to identify the transformation occurred in the use of the soil in the period of 1940 to 2000, and the possible patterns of land occupation, trying to better understand the process and the social conflicts that gravitate around the access to the property of the urban land.
