Levantamentos gravimétricos na Bacia de Salta, Argentina

Abstract

Analysis of the geology of the Salta Basin, presenting studies found in the literature with the application of a geophysical method in the analysis of this basin. Regarding geology, the existing bibliography is very extensive and complex. Therefore, our intention was not to exhaust the subject, but to include the general aspects of the basin in order to help understand the case study. In view of the above objective, the text has been divided into two parts. The first part deals with the geological context of the basin and in the second we have the description of the bibliographic survey carried out on the gravimetric method, from acquisition to its interpretation, besides the discussion of the content, results and conclusions of the works selected in the literature.
