| Abstract: | Este trabalho trata do desenvolvimento e avaliação do projeto arquitetônico de unidades de saúde de atendimento ambulatorial no município do Rio de Janeiro. São abordadas a evolução histórica destes edifícios e seus projetos, a conceituação do Sistema de Saúde vigente, a situação atual da distribuição da rede de atendimento à saúde no município e quais elementos - critérios e/ou parâmetros - a considerar no projeto arquitetônico. O desempenho do ambiente construído é avaliado segundo a escolha de cinco estudos de caso, unidades com projetos característicos de cada década no município do Rio de Janeiro, aonde são levantados pontos positivos e negativos nos projetos e novos aspectos a serem considerados segundo a opinião dos usuários e suas aspirações. |
| Abstract: | The present work discuss the development and the evaluation of the architectural design of health units for ambulatorial attendance in the municipality of Rio de Janeiro. The historical evolution and the design of these buildings, the description of the Health System, the current situation of the health attendance localization in the municipal district and which elements – criteria and/or parameters – to consider in the architectural design are approached. The environment performance of the construcion is evaluated according to five case studies, each one with a decadal characteristic design in the municipal district. The positive and negative points in the design and the new aspects according to the users' opinion and aspirations are considered. |
