| Abstract: | Considerando a importância do acompanhante no parto, regulamentado pela Lei 11.108/2005 há 15 anos, o objetivo deste estudo foi analisar a aplicação da lei sob a perspectiva das parturientes e/ou dos acompanhantes. Estudos publicados entre 2005 e 2019, nas bases de dados CAPES, SCIELO, PEPSIC e LILACS, foram encontrados no total de 182 artigos. Somente 19 estudos atenderam aos objetivos e foram lidos e analisados pela metodologia de Bardin em três categorias: a) Análise crítica sobre a implementação da Lei 11.108/2005; b) Função do acompanhante no parto pela perspectiva da parturiente e do mesmo; e c) A construção da paternidade a partir da presença do pai acompanhante no parto. Apesar dos 15 anos da Lei, ainda existem fatores que dificultam sua implementação, tais como a aceitação do acompanhante no parto pela equipe de saúde e a falta de uma educação perinatal que esclareça a importância desse acompanhamento no parto. |
| Abstract: | The importance of the companion in childbirth matters, regulated by Law 11.108 / 2005 15 years ago, the objective of this study was to analyze the application of the law from the perspective of parturients and/or companions. Studies published between 2005 and 2019, in the CAPES, SCIELO, PEPSIC and LILACS databases, were found in a total of 182 articles. Only 19 studies met the objectives and were read and motivated by Bardin's methodology in three categories: a) Critical analysis on the implementation of Law 11.108 / 2005; b) Role of the companion during childbirth from the perspective of the parturient and the same; and c) The construction of paternity from the presence of the accompanying father at birth. Despite the 15 years of the Law, there are still factors that hinder its implementation, such as the acceptance of the companion during childbirth by the health team and the lack of perinatal education that clarifies the importance of this monitoring during childbirth. |
