Método de projeto em design de interiores: um olhar sobre a prática do ensino de projeto nos cursos de bacharelado em design de interiores no Brasil

Abstract

Research carried out with professionals who teach in Interior Design at Brazilian college institutions with the objective of mapping, identifying, and registering how each institution deals with the theme in its units. The identification of methods, techniques and other aspects of teaching design will allow the reader to understand the theoretical foundation between the craft of Interior Design and training in Design - Product. Based on applied qualitative research, with a well-defined methodological path, convergences between project methods in the field of Design will be demonstrated, safeguarding their specificities. The steps and techniques of the project method in Interior Design are discussed, going through the understanding of the project problem, briefing and concept in both professions. The research reveals that the methods applied in the teaching of design in Interior Design point to points of convergence in relation to the area of Design - Product.
