Efeito da temperatura na deformabilidade dos pavimentos asfálticos

Abstract

Presents a study about the temperature influence on the behavior of the asphalt pavements and countains the following steps: First, we determine the temperature profile in the surface by using its thermal properties and climatic factors, acoording to Barber's theory. Second, we define the resilient properties of the several pavement materials. Third, we calculate the resilient deflections (recoverable) under the loading action of vehicles. Finally, an analysis of the results is made.
