O estudo do trabalho do integrador logístico :uma abordagem ergonômica da integração operacional na logística da indústria petrolífera

Abstract

This thesis studies the work in the Integrated Operations of offshore drilling support logistics for an oil and gas company. During its development, we constructed a model of the work activity of an operator called Logistic Integrator and collective actions. This is a key player in a network that includes several offshore drilling workers from oil wells, logistics departments and other service providers. We conducted a field research through the analysis of documents, interviews and observations of the work at a logistics operational integration center of the company studied. The results obtained highlight two main collective activities in which the Logistic Integrator activates collective dimensions of the workers' network in which it is inserted: during the elaboration of the initial planning of the logistics, and during the engagement in adjustments to the initial planning. In order to allow the group to carry out these two collective actions, the Logistic Integrator engages in cognitive and operative synchronizations between the different actors. These results illustrate a collective of asynchronous and uncoordinated transversal work and the mechanisms through which this complex socio-technical system works in face of the high dynamism existing in its industrial environment.
