Plano Diretor Participativo e habitação popular em Juiz de Fora: desafios na perspectiva da reforma urbana

Abstract

The Participative Master Plan seeks to be defined in this work, as well as its scope and attributions. The intention is to show how much planning is necessary for cities, giving attention and importance to the segments of society, believing that with its proper use we will have a chance to alleviate the inequalities and social injustices that happen today very strongly in cities . In this article, we will discuss the housing issue in the Urban Development Master Plan of Juiz de Fora, Minas Gerais.
