Algumas soluções do problema de difusão com sumidouro

Abstract

Studied the problem of the diffusion with sink when the capacity of the absorption of the sink depends non - linearly of the concentration of the substance which diffuses. In view that the equation that describes this process presents insuperable difficulties to resolve analitically we saw ourselves forced to obtain some particular solutions that in a certain way allow us to judge the influence of the non - linearity on the considered process. Initially it had been obtained the general analytic solution of the progressive wave type in order to inmediately after analyse an resolve the particular case in which the absorption capacity of the sink had been given for one exponent "n+1" of the concentration of the substance which diffuses. Finally we obtained the numerical solution when the concentration C = C (x/t) using for that Runge - Kutta's method.
