Atendimento psicoeducativo em grupo para mulheres no pós-parto: estudo descritivo

Abstract

Objectives: This study aims to report specifics of psychoeducational treatment group for women in postpartum period based in author's clinical psychology practice. Method: A descriptive study based in evolutionary psychology (EP) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) theories. The first one, supplying conceptual reference for understanding the process of what is a human baby development. The second one, the methodology for mothers' attention. Final comments: The expected of this study is contribute with apsychoeducational care proposal during the postpartum that promotes better infant development, construction of motherhood more emotionally healthy, health promotion and life quality.
