Diagnóstico de enfermagem identificados em puérperas utilizando a nomenclatura da CIPE@

Abstract

This is a work course completion residence of Course Multidisciplinary Health Perinatal Maternity School of UFRJ, which had the object of investigation mapping the predominant nursing diagnoses of puéperas in rooming. Justified the choice of this object from the experience and critical-reflective observations during practical activities in the rooming. Thus, the overall objective of the study is to identify the prevalent nursing diagnoses of women interned in Rooming and the specific objective is: to determine the most frequent nursing diagnoses among women interned in the rooming. This was a quantitative study, retrospective documentary made in records. For data collection was used a form made from the group of nursing diagnoses followed by guidelines contained in the ICNP® version 2.0. While collection technique was performed, based on the reading of the records, a survey of the nursing team records possible formulation of nursing diagnoses. The setting of this research was Motherhood School of the Federal University of the city of Rio de Janeiro. Data collection was processed between the months of October and November 2015. The diagnostic profile was composed of 103 statements distributed among the psychobiological and psychosocial needs, and among those with the highest frequency were effective intravenous access, effective breastfeeding, effective self-care, light uterine colic, pain, normal stool, effective food Standard, Rhythm normal respiratory, light vaginal bleeding, normal urine, uterus contracted, anxiety, impaired psychological condition, impaired social condition, breastfeeding remains knowledge Lack and Fear. Thus, it is expected that these results are contributing to the progress and incorporation of this universal language in the description of professional practice, therefore, it is believed that the identification of diagnostic profile is essential for targeting of nursing interventions.
