SOFTLAB: uma ferramenta de apoio ao projeto de circuitos eletrônicos

Abstract

SOFTLAB is an integrated CAD system developed by NCE/UFRJ for the analysis of electronic circuits. Circuits to be simulated are described through a graphics editor. Simulation results are displayed in a window emulating an oscilloscope screen. The parameters of the device models used in a circuit simulation may be stored in a library for future use. SOFTLAB future versions will have a library of precharacterized commercial components as well as an electrical circuit simulator dedicated to the analysis of VLSI circuits.
