Resumo

A numerical-analytical hybrid solution is presented through the Generalized Integral Transformation Technique (GITT) using a single-domain reformulation with a total transformation scheme for problems of conjugated heat transfer in thermal micro-systems with flows of immiscible fluids in direct contact, multiple currents and microchannels of complex geometric configurations. The GITT is used in combination with a strategy to reformulate the problem in a single domain, through coefficients with spatial variation introduced in the energy equation, that allow to unify the formulations in the solid and fluid regions. Convergence acceleration alternatives of the expansions in autofunctions are analyzed, including the rearrangement of the terms in the expansion based on the diagonal of the matrix of coefficients of the transformed system and the use of recursive filters in the solution. Both showed a significant improvement in the convergence of the results, besides a good comparison with numerical results obtained through the COMSOL commercial platform.
