Relatório de avaliação do projeto futebol: uma nova visão do jogo: meta-avaliação

Abstract

It presents a meta-evaluation of the Economic Evaluation Report of the Football Project - a new vision of the game realized by Fundação Itaú Social. The evaluation aimed to verify the effect of the project on its participants, through indicators of self-esteem, impulsiveness and honesty. The meta-evaluation was developed in the light of the Utility and Precision categories of the Joint Committee on Educational Evaluation Standards. An analysis was carried out without an evaluation report on the condition of identifying the compliance with the sixteen standards of the Joint committee listed in this article. Based on the analysis of the report, it was researched that the absence of evidence that the evaluators condition the parties, the opportunity to test assumptions and adjust their understandings corresponding to the objective and results of the evaluation process; and also the absence of recommendations directed to interested parties after obtaining the results of the evaluation.
