Construindo equipes com sinergia: um estudo de decisões complexas com enfoque em personalidade

Abstract

During the decision-making process in a team, in addition to the external factors, it becomes far more complex to predict the bias of the team due to the characteristics of each person. To solve this need, many studies have been carried out based on the psychological profile of the individual to define a person's personality, in order to analyze the trends of each profile. In this way, it is necessary to analyze the different cases of action of an individual in several types of corporate environments, alternating between the adaptive and the functional. Thus, this work aims to analyze how best to assemble a team based on these external factors, so that it is possible to predict trends of a given individual according to their personality.
