Gestão estratégica de TI aplicada a casos reais: turma de 2016

Abstract

Present some tools of Strategic Management of Information Technology (IT) and to exemplify concepts through the compilation of the works elaborated by the undergraduate students of UFRJ during the course of the discipline "Introduction to Strategic IT Management - Class 2016.2". Among the concepts of strategic IT management presented are: business definition (mission, vision and values of the organization), SWOT analysis, Porter forces, Delta model, Mintzberg strategic analysis, Balanced Scorecard (BSC), concluding with The strategic alignment of IT. The works presented in this report bring the vision of different business segments and their considerations regarding the presented concepts. The first analysis presented is related to the education system (Anglo Teaching System), the second case analyzed presents an analysis of a textile industry (Kappaun's) and, finally, the case of a company in the field of Aviation (Delta Airlines Inc).
