Análise elasto-plástica da interação solo-estrutura em domínios bidimensionais

Abstract

The main purpose of this work is to develop effective computer procedures, to simulate the non-linear soil structure iteraction in bidimensional domains. This procedures involve isoparametric finite elements with appropriate elasto-plastic constitutive equations, finite elements to simulate the soil structure interface and special finite elements to represent infinite domains. The treatment of the incremental equilibrium equations uses a Newton type algorithm with several options. To the specefic limit analysis case is adopted the displacement prescription technique. All the procedures are assembled into only program, that uses the frontal technique to solve the linear algebraic equation system. Some cases are presented to investigate the accuracy of the implemented models, enclosing the limit analysis study of shallow foundations to offshore platforms.
