Resumo
In this work, a three-dimensional heat conduction problem in both steady and transient state is considered, where two materials are in non-perfect contact. Four methodologies based on the reciprocity functional are presented for estimating twodimensional thermal contact conductance profiles with and without temporal variation. The methodologies consist of two stages: in the first one, two auxiliary problems, that do not depend on the thermal contact conductance, are solved. After solving these problems, it is possible to obtain the temperature jump and the heat flux at the interface of the materials and thus estimate the thermal contact conductance. The temperature measurements are non-intrusive and three of the four methodologies presented are non-iterative. Real and simulated temperature measurements are considered where different levels of noise are added to the simulated measurements. Different cases are analyzed, yielding good estimates for the thermal contact conductance, even with the addition of noise, showing the efficiency of the applied methodologies.
